Position Overview This is not a “stand behind the desk and wait” role. We’re looking for a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist who thrives on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, responsible for driving trial bookings and guiding them into the right training program. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout. As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties: <ul><li>Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts</li><li>Helping members set and achieve goals</li><li>Arrive 30 minutes before first class starts and stay atleast 30 minutes after classes are over for cleaning and reset.</li><li>Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t</li><li>Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing</li><li>Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout</li><li>Being a team player</li></ul>Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements: <ul><li>AED/CPR certified </li><li>Hold and maintain a current fitness certification</li><li>No degree or specific experience is required, we are looking for coachable candidates</li></ul>About Orangetheory Fitness <ul><li>Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting.
