Collaborates with the Manager, subject matter experts, and curriculum development staff to design, review, maintain, and continuously improve technical training materials, assessments, laboratory activities, and training resources. Ensures that all training equipment, tools, and laboratory materials are prepared, operational, and properly arranged prior to the start of each class to support a safe and effective hands-on learning environment.
