5+ years of progressive experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or a related manufacturing discipline, with demonstrated experience leading plant-wide improvement initiatives and developing frontline teams. Able to navigate RPC Information Systems and to leverage systems information to obtain in-depth knowledge about RPC sources of loss and maintenance costs (i.e. BI, SAP, MLO, SightBase, Wonderware, source of Yield data, planned downtime and unplanned downtime etc.).
