Flooring estimating experience strongly preferred• Commercial flooring estimating experience highly desirable• Knowledge of carpet, carpet tile, LVT/LVP, sheet vinyl, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, and related products• Understanding of flooring installation methods and floor preparation• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications• Experience with flooring estimating or takeoff software preferred• Strong mathematical and analytical skills• High attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously• Strong communication and organizational skills. This role is responsible for reviewing plans and specifications, performing detailed flooring takeoffs, developing accurate estimates, and partnering with sales and operations to produce competitive and profitable proposals.
