nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n Provide best-in-class customer service to customers\n Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction\n Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and strains in the store as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and train and share that knowledge with other members of the team\n Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Assistant Manager and General Manager\n Assist all Dispensary Associates in the consultation of all customers to ensure that the employee is informed of the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect customers differently\n Complete and appropriately delegate tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:\n Correct cash handling\n Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system\n Accurate and timely data entry in both the POS system and inventory tracking system\n Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy\n Ensure adherence with security measures and safety compliance\n Maintenance of an organized and clean store\n Management of visitor log\n End-of-day daily update emails\n Ensure accuracy with the vault\n \n\n Work with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations\n Daily activities, maintenance, and data collection for any reported issues and/or complaints\n Open and closing procedures\n Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff in partnership with the management team\n \nJOB REQUIREMENTS\n\n.
