Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of food safety programs, including HACCP or HARPC, GMPs, sanitation, allergen control, traceability, recall readiness, supplier approval, preventive controls, and related programs. Work with production, warehouse, sanitation, maintenance, logistics, and leadership teams to ensure product is manufactured, stored, handled, and prepared for shipment according to customer and regulatory expectations.
