Responsibilities: Support, and when needed lead, the development, documentation, and governance of data dictionaries, business rules, user guides, and training materials to ensure consistent interpretation of data, program requirements, and performance metrics. Produce mission-focused user documentation and technical guidance, incorporating dashboards, data visualizations, and process flows as appropriate to improve usability and adoption of analytics tools and reporting solutions.
