Required Qualifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support); experience in trach care, chest tube, TR band, post Cath Lab, central line maintenance care, general nursing; proficient in reading/interpreting/measuring cardiac rhythms, caring for patients on bipap and high flow oxygen, comfortable with cardiac patients; must be comfortable titrating drips such as diltiazem, amiodarone, heparin, digoxin, Bumex, Lasix; minimum experience: 1 year. Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for patients with Oncology diagnoses such as leukemia and neutropenia; ability to care for patients with high Spanish-speaking populations; familiarity with high-acuity post-cath lab procedures including stent placements and q15 min checks for fresh cath patients.
