Demonstrated experience coordinating closely with project management leadership, recognizing that the Critical Home Repair Manager and Vice President of Housing & Community Strategies provide administrative, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance Construction Lead support to enable the Construction Lead to remain focused on day-to-day field operations and hands-on construction work. Job Responsibilities: General Construction Activities: • Collaborate with the Vice President of Housing & Community Strategies and the Critical Home Repair Manager to develop and maintain construction schedules that meet organizational and grant requirements, and provide daily updates on project status, materials, and expenditures.
