While the role will begin on day shift, the Cheese Processing Supervisor must be able to flex hours to support second shift, night shift, weekend operations, sanitation validation, training needs, and special cheese projects as required. Guided by farmer- and employee-led values, we process and market high-quality milk, yogurt, dips, sour cream, cottage cheese, and more under our trusted brands: Upstate Farms®, Bison®, Milk for Life®, and Intense Milk®.
