Integration: Good knowledge of REST (and SOAP) APIs and integration patterns, with hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems such as SAP HANA and Oracle NetSuite, including middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) and event-driven approaches (Platform Events, CDC). Security model: In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce security model profiles, permission sets and permission set groups, roles and role hierarchy, OWD, sharing rules, manual and Apex sharing, field-level security, Shield, and SSO/identity.
