Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, design strategy, or a related field; experience in workplace design, interior design, architecture, or design strategy; and strong visual and spatial design judgment, design acumen, and familiarity with workplace wellness, sustainable design, accessibility, or inclusive design principles. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner effectively with internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional teams, including those working on audiovisual (AV)-integrated spaces, to deliver consistent design execution across portfolio touch points.
