Primary Responsibilities: -Developing and implementing engaging foreign language lessons aligned with school curriculum and Waldorf-inspired practices -Creating immersive language experiences using songs, poetry, games, dialogue, storytelling, puppetry, movement, and visual supports -Teaching students about language through authentic cultural experiences and global awareness -Differentiating instruction to support a wide range of learners, including students with IEPs and 504 plans -Creating a welcoming, inclusive, and culturally responsive classroom environment -Participating in school assemblies, festivals, performances, and community events -Collaborating closely with faculty, administration, and families to support student success Skills & Qualifications: -Valid California Single Subject Foreign Language Credential -Fluency in the target language -Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students -Knowledge of or interest in Waldorf-inspired education preferred -Strong classroom management and communication skills -Passion for multicultural.
