Working alongside a highly regarded neurotologist and pediatric ENT provider, you will coordinate specialty procedures such as cochlear implants and implantable hearing devices, support pediatric patients undergoing common ENT surgeries including ear tube placement and tonsillectomy, and provide comprehensive nursing care through triage, patient education, medication management, and care coordination. The Ambulatory Clinic RN Care Coordinator focuses on patient safety and the quality of nursing care by identifying and clarifying patient needs, performing clinic related patient care, conducting health education, promoting patient advocacy, coordinating healthcare services, and evaluating patient outcomes.
