The Stroke/Sepsis Coordinator for TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, with the assistance of the Stroke Team Medical Director, Director of Emergency Services, Director of Critical Care, and Director of Quality and Risk Management, is responsible for assuring a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision, and values of being an Accredited Stroke Center. Coordinate care for the neurological patient across the continuum, including stroke screening, education, follow up phone calls, support groups, and community outreach.
