Provide health assessments, psychiatric evaluations and medication management services for children, adolescents and adults, including medication assisted treatment, i.e., suboxone and vivitrol, and psychotherapy directly and in consultation with CCBHC and primary care staff: prescribe, educate, adjust, and partner in full consumer engagement efforts regarding strategies, outcomes and consequences for Brooklyn, Harlem and Harlem satellite. Develop community and referral partnerships and academic affiliations, including offering CCBHC as an elective for residents; promote the CCBHC’s services; participate in external workgroups and engage the public regarding both the clinic and the organization.
