Participates in the identification of learning needs, coordination pf planning and implementation and compliance with monitoring of educational programs for the Chest Pain Center members, the Emergency Department staff/physicians, Emergency Medical Services personnel, Cardiology and any other areas involved in the care of the ACS patient throughout the hospital. Responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers (patients, partners, stakeholders, payors, physicians, staff, volunteers, etc.) and provides feedback to managers/staff regarding the needs and expectations of customers and the program.
