The Senior Director influences portfolio and asset decisions, leads complex global humanistic programs, governs scientific quality and investment, and builds organizational capability through people leadership, matrix leadership, and external scientific engagement. The role provides enterprise-level PRO leadership across one or more assets, indications, therapeutic areas, or regions and ensures that high-priority evidence needs are represented in integrated evidence plans, medical strategies, clinical development plans, and value and access strategies.
