Primarily responsible for answering the phone lines, managing the front entrance, maintaining the reception desk and utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners via phone and face-to-face. The Front Desk Monitor plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment by greeting residents and guests, assisting with inquiries, monitoring activity in the facility, and ensuring that community rules and procedures are followed.

Serves as backup Request of Funds (ROF) approvals coordinator by monitoring received ROFs, sorting and saving approved requests, communicating with vendors on denied ROFs to obtain updates for reconsideration, and resolving problems as required. You will be responsible for coordinating the travel process as well as assisting with the Request of Funds process and electronic media requests for our contract attorneys as they work to provide effective representation for the indigent population of Maricopa County.
