General administrative duties performed may include: logging/distributing correspondence and check deposits, maintenance for office of supervisory jurisdiction and client files, office supply management (including maintenance of equipment), processing expense submissions-tracking-approvals, initiating maintenance requests, schedule wholesalers and support branch seminar series/events. practice goals, addressing client service requests, establishing new clients with Ameriprise, including introducing the digital experience, assisting advisor in preparation or follow-up to client or prospect meetings.
