Own the integrated software program plan - Develop, maintain, and regularly baseline the IPT‑wide schedule, cost baseline, and performance target documents; track earned‑value, forecast variances, and drive corrective actions to keep the program on‑track. Collaborate with other Program IPTs - Act as the primary liaison between the Software IPT and Systems, Test, Hardware, and Mission‑Level IPTs; align milestone dates, data‑exchange interfaces, and resource commitments across the full program architecture.
