Serves as a subject matter resource for subcontractor risk transfer tools, including payment and performance bonds, contractual provisions, letters of credit, and default coverage approaches, and shares insights with Risk Management, Preconstruction, Core Construction, and Enterprise Corporate Services to strengthen enterprise risk practices. Key Responsibilities: Builds and maintains strong relationships with the subcontractor community by developing awareness of performance history, current workload, prequalification status changes, and entity structures, and by supporting subcontractor outreach efforts in coordination with local prequalification liaisons.
