This role leads all aspects of operations, including Safety, Production, Maintenance, Quality & Regulatory Assurance, Engineering, Human Resources, & Supply Chain, while developing & executing business strategies that deliver operational excellence, financial results, workforce engagement, & continuous improvement. Ability to provide decisive leadership & team facilitation in the face of adversity for escalated topics is required, including identifying root cause, action plan required, coordinating resources, & executing a go-forward plan to successful resolution.
