Qualifications Fluent in Spanish & English Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field (licensure not required) License eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) Experience working with youth and families Valid driver's license and daily access to a registered and insured vehicle Ability to drive to and from sessions, primarily in the late afternoons and evenings Access to personal computer and cell phone, reimbursed each month If you have a MSW, you must obtain the LCSW within 6 months of hire Understanding of DSM and familiarity with diagnosing Excellent in both written and verbal communications Ability to independently plan and organize one's own schedule and activities.
