Essential Functions: Owns cost, schedule, resourcing, contractual compliance, and technical performance for multiple production programs within the portfolio across Firm Fixed Price, Fixed Price Incentive, and Const-Plus programs. The Senior Manager provides strategic and tactical direction overseeing a team of Program Managers, engages routinely with appropriate prime and government customers, as well as COE peers.
