Evaluates the cost, schedule, and constructability impacts of design revisions and scope changes; coordinates with contractors to develop and negotiate change orders; updates project budgets and forecasts; and communicates approved revisions to external engineers, architects, surveyors, and other third-party consultants to ensure all project teams are working from the latest approved plans and project requirements. Develops and maintains comprehensive proffer tracking logs, monitors compliance milestones, coordinates the completion of required improvements and contributions, and prepares, assembles, and submits supporting documentation to the County to demonstrate satisfaction of proffer obligations and facilitate formal proffer release or acceptance.
