Job Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance, identifying trends and risks; develop and implement portfolio management strategies; ensure compliance with internal credit policies and external regulatory requirements; collaborate with credit, risk, and business teams; prepare and present portfolio reports to senior management; recommend improvements to enhance portfolio quality and performance; support stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk assessment activities; maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes; provide guidance and mentorship to junior portfolio staff; manage relationships with external partners and business partners.
