This role plans, programs, budgets, and executes a wide range of engineering projects using Government-approved cost-estimating tools and AFCAMP processes, serves as primary technical consultant and project coordinator liaising with engineers, architects, planners, contracting officers, and external construction agents such as USACE and NAVFAC, and collects and analyzes technical data using CADD, GIS, BIM, and other modeling tools to support data-driven project development. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program with at least 5 years of relevant experience, possess professional knowledge of civil engineering principles alongside familiarity with architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines, and demonstrate proficiency in program planning, budgeting, design documentation, and site survey analysis; structural engineering experience is preferred.
