A successful candidate will be comfortable managing learning projects from needs analysis through evaluation, creating practical and engaging learning materials, and facilitating classroom, virtual, and blended programs for employees at all levels of the organization. You will create and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning, videos, and other performance support tools, while also leading engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning experiences for employees, teams, and leaders.
