The project includes large-scale replacement and consolidation of steam, condensate, and hot water piping systems in tunnels, sub-basements, and direct-buried applications; complete mechanical room overhauls (heat exchangers, VFD pumps, PRVs, condensate return units); civil/structural work (manhole repairs, trench drains, concrete access stairs and steam pits); new ventilation and exhaust systems; controls and Siemens BAS integration; demolition and site preparation; electrical and lighting upgrades; and architectural modifications. In-depth knowledge of underground utilities, buildings, and general construction trades (demonstrated through education, certifications, or hands-on experience in installation/repair/inspection duties across multiple disciplines such as electrical, water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, telecom, structural, mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and civil).
