In order to qualify for the GS-14, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1) Planing, developing, implementing, and evaluating health care education content using plain language, user experience principles, and data analytics; 2) Establishing and maintaining internal and external partnerships to plan, implement, and evaluate communication products and/or activities; AND 3) Analyzing quantitative or qualitative data to identify, assess, or improve operational efficiency and/or work products.
