The Construction Manager will assist in monitoring project performance related to budget, schedule, quality, safety, risk management, and contract compliance while collaborating with contractors, architects, engineers, government stakeholders, Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and facility personnel. This role is best suited for professionals who have experience supporting federal, healthcare, institutional, or mission-critical construction projects and possess a working knowledge of construction administration, project controls, and contract management.
