This leader serves as KinderCare's primary representative with federal, state, and local policymakers, industry partners, and funding organizations, while advising executive leadership on legislative, regulatory, and political developments that may impact the business. Strong understanding of government funding opportunities, public-private partnerships, and grant programs with a preference for experience with CCDBG, state subsidy systems, Pre-K funding, and Head Start partnerships.
