We're looking for someone with:At least 2 years of maintenance or similar hands-on experienceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsConfidence using common hand and power toolsThe ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesGood communication and organizational skillsA professional, guest-conscious approach to your workBasic comfort using technology, including an iPhone or iPadThe ability to lift 40+ poundsA valid driver's license and reliable transportationAvailability to work weekends and holidays as neededHVAC experience is a major plus - and additional compensation is available for the right candidate with HVAC skills and experience. That includes:Completing general maintenance, repairs, and property projectsPerforming routine property inspectionsDiagnosing and troubleshooting appliances, plumbing, HVAC, Wi-Fi, TVs, and other household systemsHandling minor repairs before they become major repairsMaintaining and servicing hot tubs - we'll provide trainingCoordinating with outside vendors when a repair requires a specialistDocumenting completed work and communicating with the teamParticipating in team meetings and helping us stay ahead of property issuesIn other words, we don't expect you to know how to rebuild an air conditioner with a screwdriver and sheer determination.
