As a key member of the College leadership team, this position works collaboratively with department chairs, faculty, staff, and university partners to advance faculty excellence, strengthen graduate and certification programs, support academic governance, and foster a culture of innovation, scholarly achievement, and student success. Minimum of three years of progressively responsible academic leadership experience in higher education, such as department chair, associate chair, program coordinator, division lead, center director, assistant/associate dean, or comparable leadership role.
