The position will assist the alumni team in aspects of alumni engagement including but not limited to: Homecoming, Reunion & Family Weekend, the Alumni Council, Student Alumni Ambassadors, regional events, young alumni engagement, and the marketing and communications team in various aspects of marketing including but not limited to website updates, social media and communications. Assist with the coordination of event logistics including but not limited to planning, outreach to vendors, preparing event materials, photo and video coverage, executing and attending events as needed, and follow-up after events.
