Working closely with the Development Director, the Institutional Giving Manager oversees the full institutional giving lifecycle, including prospect research, proposal development, stewardship, reporting, compliance, and systems improvement to strengthen institutional funding and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of securing six- and seven-figure grants, managing complex funding portfolios, cultivating long-term institutional partnerships, and coordinating cross-functional grant development efforts.
