Knowledge of safe use of cleaning methods, materials and equipment such as: various types of brooms, mops, mop ringer and bucket, dusters, floor sweepers and scrubbers, floor strippers and buffers, vacuum cleaners, ladders, step stools, leaf blowers, rakes, hoes, shovels, edger's, lawn mowers, clippers, pruners, saws, hoses, sump pumps, hammers, screw drivers, chisels, stapler gun, axes, post hole diggers, wheel barrows, etc. Must push/pull using both hands and arms, exerting approximately 50-75 lbs force, moving furniture, operating stripping and waxing machines and various maintenance equipment.
