Self-confident to make sound independent decisions and demonstrate strong leadership skills Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional manner Commanding presentation and public speaking abilities Education and/or Experience: BA/BS preferred; Master's degree in relevant subject (e.g., business, statistics, math/science, actuarial science) also desirable More than 15 years of directly related industry sales experience.
