Maintains timely communication on traffic requirements between Belgian Foreign Military Sales, Headquarters Air Mobility Command (HQ AMC), Office of Military Commissions (OMC), Presidential Airlift Group (PAG), Tanker Airlift Control Center (TACC), United States Secret Service (USSS), United States Southern Command USSOUTHCOM), United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), White House Communications Agency (WHCA), and other relevant entities. D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related, and an area of major study is in accounting, business administration, business or commercial law, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, industrial management, statistics, traffic management, transportation, motor mechanics, nautical science, marine affairs, marine engineering, marine transportation, or other fields related to the position.
