The Supervisor, Materials of Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) supervises the daily operations of the Materials Management function, including warehousing, shipping and receiving, material handling, and production control. Provide day-to-day supervision, including time approvals, objective setting, performance management, conflict resolution, motivating, training and coaching through effective visual management, metrics, and feedback.
