The ideal candidate will bring significant healthcare EVS leadership experience, experience leading large and complex operations, strong financial and analytical acumen, and a demonstrated ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams. This leader will oversee a large frontline workforce and leadership team, drive accountability through operational metrics and performance data, and work closely with hospital and Aramark leadership to achieve departmental, financial, and client objectives.
