Establish and lead a site-wide gemba process across R&D, engineering, and manufacturing spaces, applying practical Lean principles to observe work where it occurs, strengthen alignment between activities and expected outcomes, and systematically identify safety risks, inefficiencies, execution barriers, and improvement opportunities.
