In this role, you will provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for the ESCC, overseeing exempt, non-exempt, and contingent workers while ensuring the team has the tools, training, and knowledge needed to effectively support alarm response, incident management, customer service, access control, and physical security programs. You will ensure operations align with applicable policies, procedures, and legal and regulatory requirements; support special and emergency events through the Enterprise Protective Services Incident Management Team and Incident Command System; oversee security-related drone operations; and build strong partnerships across the organization.
