In this role you will own the day-to-day operations of our DC Experience Center, keeping the space and technology customer-ready, hosting discovery calls, delivering compelling product demos that translate complex capabilities into business outcomes. You’ll manage the AV/IT stack, coordinate vendors, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineers to craft tailored demo journeys for both our external and internal customers.

We are looking for a Technical Lead, Executive Briefing Center. </p><p>In this role you will own the day-to-day operations of our DC Experience Center, keeping the space and technology customer-ready, hosting discovery calls, delivering compelling product demos that translate complex capabilities into business outcomes. You’ll manage the AV/IT stack, coordinate vendors, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineers to craft tailored demo journeys for both our external and internal customers. </p><h3></h3><p><strong>Your day at a glance:</strong></p><ul><li>Host discovery calls to ensure alignment with messaging from the sales team for demo preparation for each in-person meeting </li><li>Prepare and deliver demos to our visiting customers </li><li>Maintain and evolve the AV/IT demo environment; ensure 99%+ uptime and readiness.  </li><li>Manage facility security for visitors and staff, work with the Corporate Facilities team on system updates </li><li>Document SOP’s, instructions, and inventory for how to use and tracking of all equipment </li><li>Champion system upgrades for all Technology Partners’ equipment in their experience centers throughout North America </li><li>Source local vendors for facility maintenance and upgrades of quarterly punch list projects </li><li>Establish and partner with a vendor network, to scale the technical events program and ensure efficient warehousing, upgrades, asset tracking and timely shipment throughout North America </li><li>Collaborate with events team on equipment procurement of demo needs for North America sales equipment, both sales kits and exhibit equipment </li><li>Back up support for all visitor needs; front desk support, badging, receiving, catering prep </li><li>Some travel is expected for training and cross functional learning </li></ul><h3></h3><p><strong>What makes you a great fit:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years relevant experience in Physical Security or Technology Sales </li><li>Must be located in Arlington, VA, USA as it will be your primary working base </li><li>Creative, organized and energized by managing an on-site environment </li><li>Well versed in Microsoft tools; most specifically Outlook, Excel & Teams </li><li>Strong communicator, excellent written and verbal communication skills, can adapt style to varied internal and external customers </li><li>Both analytical and enthusiastic, with a can-do, team player mindset </li><li>Ability to travel up to 30%, valid passport </li></ul><h3></h3><p><strong>Your technical expertise:</strong></p><ul><li>Networking skills (TCP/IP, configure network switches and routers, wireless) </li><li>Experience in deploying software, operating systems and databases </li><li>Creating and deploying images, working in virtualized environments </li><li>Developing training guides or sales-oriented demonstration content </li></ul><h3></h3><p><strong>An asset if you have:</strong></p><ul><li>Security industry and/or IT background </li><li>Experience working in technical events, or technical inside sales </li><li>Professional certifications such as PSP, CCNA, Security+ or similar </li></ul><h3></h3><p><strong>Let’s talk perks!</strong></p><ul><li>Attractive compensation package with 401K match</li><li>Training Tuition Reimbursement Program</li><li>Work-life balance with a flexible working schedule</li></ul><h3></h3><p>Please note that this position is based in Arlington, VA. and requires the candidate to be onsite per weekly meeting schedule, and onsite project needs. Only candidates currently located in the Arlington, VA area or those willing to relocate will be considered. </p><p/><p>We know that diverse backgrounds and experiences bring great value to our teams.
