Reporting to the Program Manager, Child and Adolescent Servies, the full time, non-exempt Health Educator works to implement health education, prevention, promotion and harm reduction efforts with Honor Community Health’s patients, particularly with children and adolescents served by Honor’s school-based health centers, and students inside area schools. We ensure that patients come first by providing enabling services to assist patients with specific barriers to care such as transportation, translation, food security, and other social services.
