Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field preferred, Minimum of 3 years of experience in a residential or human services setting, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, Strong knowledge of DDS regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices in residential support, Ability to manage staff, resolve conflicts, and lead a team effectively, Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems, Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations as needed.
