Manages a business planning process and related programs and initiatives that (a) maximize the asset value of the Utility's real estate and facilities, reduces operating costs and upgrades the delivery of real estate and facilities services, (b) generates revenues through real estate sales, land leasing and infrastructure leasing programs, (c) provides for the procurement of property rights necessary for the Utility's operations and (d) provides for the day-to-day management of the Utility's buildings and facilities and manages the project portfolio to improve facilities.
