LPN/RN Description:Utilize the nursing process, procedures and techniques to perform various duties such as evaluating resident needs, developing individual care plans, administering nursing care, and evaluating nursing careSupervises and directs care provided by unlicensed nursing staff in the delivery of nursing care to render general health care within scope of practiceEnsures that temperature, pulse, blood pressure and other vital sign checks including pacemakers checks are completed and recordedResponds and reacts to emergency calls from residents.
