Foster a culture of safety and quality, ensuring that all team members are aware of and adhere to safety protocols and quality standards. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on healthcare construction. 2. Proven experience in managing a variety of construction projects, including hospital MOB, remodels, renovations, ground-up builds, additions, expansions and tenant improvements. 3. In-depth knowledge of OSHPD regulations and standards. 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively. 6.
